I think I might have posted about this a few times, here and here, but honestly when I found the recipe I couldn’t wait to make it. Sadly I had to wait, but the wait is over! Super simple recipe but it takes six lemons ten days to work their magic. All the lemons have to be zested so watch your knuckles. The final product was just finished, bottled and labeled (and drank.) It’s SO good, I can’t even tell you. If you haven’t tried Limoncello before I strongly suggest you go immediately to the store and start working on this.
