Cuppy Cakes!! Love em! Bite sized, pint sized little treats. Now, don’t ask about the cupcake itself because I totally cheated. The IMPORTANT part of this project was the frosting! So, I used a mix. For shame, I know. Feel free to judge, but only until you taste the frosting. The cupcake is only a vehicle for this frosting.
Hazelnut (Nuetella) Frosting Ingredients:
◾1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
◾2 cups powdered sugar
◾⅔ cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
◾1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
◾Pinch kosher salt (up to ¼ teaspoon, to taste)
◾2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
